Bassam Farah is a legally blind professor of strategy and international business. He earned his B.A. in psychology and MBA from the American University of Beirut, his master’s degree and Ph.D. in psychology from the Lebanese University, and his Ph.D. in business administration with a specialization in strategy and international business from the Ivey Business School at Western University in Canada.
Farah’s research focuses on international corporate governance, global leadership, and (dis)abilities and has been published in journals such as Leadership Quarterly, Journal of World Business, and AACSB Insights. He has received multiple prestigious national and international awards and grants for his research, teaching, and service. He is also an experienced leadership coach and (dis)ability activist.
