    About

    Dong Chen has been a management professor in the College of Business Administration since 2004 where he has taught courses in business policy and strategy, international business, global strategy, and business simulation. Prior to joining the faculty, Chen taught at Rutgers University and was a research fellow at China Europe International Business School. He has received several grants and was awarded a dissertation fellowship from Rutgers University. Chen is a member of the Academy of Management & Academy of International Business, a founding member of the International Association for Chinese Management Research, and an ad hoc reviewer for multiple journals.
