    About

    Ellen Ensher has been a management professor at the College of Business Administration since 1997. She teaches courses in the areas of human resource management and organizational behavior. Ensher utilizes community-based learning in most of her courses and her students contribute to non-profit organizations by volunteering hours, designing training workshops and completing customized projects. Ensher has published over 40 articles and book chapters in leading journals, including the Academy of Management Executive, Human Resource Development Quarterly, Journal of Vocational Behavior and Leadership Quarterly. Ensher, with co-author Susan Murphy, wrote "Power Mentoring: How Successful Mentors and Protégés Make the Most out of Their Relationships" (Jossey-Bass, 2005).
