Hai Tran joined LMU's College of Business Administration in the fall of 2015 and is an associate professor of finance. He currently teaches fundamentals of finance to undergraduate students. His research interests include corporate finance, corporate governance and mutual funds.
Prior to joining LMU, Tran taught several finance courses at the University of Oregon. He spent several years in Vietnam as a planning analyst with PepsiCo. Tran earned his Ph.D. from the University of Oregon and his MBA and B.A. degrees from Washington State University.
