Inas Kelly is an applied microeconomist at Loyola Marymount University and a research associate in the Health Economics program at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER). Her primary fields are health economics, labor economics, and public policy. She was Co-Editor-in-Chief of the peer-reviewed Elsevier journal Economics and Human Biology from January 2013 to January 2018 and is Co-Editor of the Oxford Handbook of Economics and Human Biology.
