About
Lân A. Ngô received an M.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Ph.D. from Georgetown University. He has been a professor of history in the Department of Asian and Asian-American Studies at Loyola Marymount University since 2018. His research, featured in articles published in the Journal of Vietnam Studies and the Dong-A University Journal of Science, focuses on the Nguyen dynasty and the vibrant role of the local Catholics in the nineteenth century.
