Dr. Manoogian graduated with a B.S. from Loyola Marymount University in 1975, earned his M.S. in C.E. from California State University, Northridge in 1983. Manoogian received his E.C.E. from the University Southern California in 1987 and was awarded his Ph.D. from University Southern California in 1992.
Manoogian is also a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.)
