Abstract
The article presents strategic examples and undergraduate research models to connect with state policymakers. The approaches include the Posters at the Capitol event organized by the University of Toledo and the University of Findlay in Ohio, the voter accessibility to polling places by the Loyola Marymount University, and the Posters in the Rotunda event from the University of Wisconsin System. These events showcase undergraduate research programs to connect with state legislators.
