Research output: Book/ReportBook

Abstract

Uniting Mind, Body, Spirit considers the human person as a composite of body-mind-spirit. The book covers different ways of healing the body-mind-spirit and helping the person to reach full potential. The book is divided into six chapters each focusing on different aspects like the uncertainty in everyday life; how some wellness tools like mindfulness and meditation can be utilized to reap the best results; the inaction around the decision-making process and how certain exercises or approaches can help bring behavior change to overcome “decision laziness”; applications of some of the interesting neuroscience research and Ignatian spirituality to the human welfare. The book provides the necessary tools to embrace uncertainty and change and to live a flourishing life even as we navigate choppy waters. The musical compositions and guided audio meditations that are accessible using a QR code make this book truly a fulfilling multimedia wellness experience.
